Deposit
- 2 nights deposit is required to secure reservations.
Cancellation
- Deposit is refundable with written cancellation notice received 30days prior to scheduled arrival date.
- There is full forfeiture of deposit when written cancellation notice is received 29 days or less from scheduled arrival date.
- Holiday Bookings (Dec. 21 to Jan. 6): Cancellation must be received by Nov. 1 for this time period.
- Due to the resort’s exclusive nature, West Bay Club strictly enforces all cancellation policies. For your protection, travel insurance is highly recommended.
Payment Options
- MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners and American Express.
- Personal checks are accepted by prior arrangement and approval only.
Taxes & Service Charges
- 10% Government tax on rooms and restaurant charges.
- 10% Service charge will be added to your final bill.

- Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra person charge of $25 per person will apply.
- Rates are per suite night and include continental breakfast and airport transfers.
- Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
