Reservation Terms and Information
- All hotel room rates include Complimentary breakfast; and are subject to 11% government tax and 10% service charge.
- The rates are for double occupancy or two persons in one-bedroom suites, four persons in two-bedroom suites and six persons in three-bedroom suites, ten guests in the four bedroom; Extra person fee is $75 per person per night.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- 3 nights deposit required (based on regular nightly rate) to secure reservations
- Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Deposit is refundable with written cancellation notice received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date
- There is full forfeiture of deposit when written cancellation notice is received 29 days or less from scheduled arrival date
- Holiday Bookings (Dec. 21 to Jan. 2): Cancellation must be received by Nov. 1 for this time period
- Due to the resort’s exclusive nature, West Bay Club strictly enforces all cancellation policies. For your protection, travel insurance is recommended
- Rates and promotion are subject to change without prior notice.
